Each account is associated with one or more “Unity Organizations”, and the owner of a Unity Organization may add you to their Unity Organization, which will allow you with access to Offerings that we provide to such Unity Organization. Your account is accessible at or at another site as designated by Unity.

To create a Unity Account, you will be required to provide certain information and you will either establish a username and a password or login with a Unity-approved authentication method. To access and/or use most Offerings, you must register for a “Unity Account”. In addition, you may have an additional agreement with a Unity entity that supplements, amends, supersedes or replaces these Terms (for example, an enterprise business agreement) (“ Commercial Terms”).Īll sales are final and no refunds will be allowed except as required by law. You agree to the Additional Terms, if any, for an Offering that you Purchase or use. You agree to these Terms on behalf of the company or other legal entity for which you are acting (for example, as an employee or contractor) or, if you are not acting on behalf of a company or other legal entity, on behalf of yourself as an individual.
